Acceptance of Terms
Use of the TrackMind service is mandatory acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may use TrackMind only for lawful educational purposes. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, distribute malicious code, or use the service in any way that harms other users or the platform.
Instructor Content Ownership
Instructors retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the content they create. TrackMind holds a non-exclusive license solely to host and distribute that content to the instructor's designated learners.
Fees & No-Refund Policy
Paid plans and add-ons are processed via PayPal. Due to the immediate provisioning of digital tools and cloud infrastructure upon purchase, all fees are strictly non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Account Termination
TrackMind may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or threaten platform security, with or without prior notice where necessary to protect the service.
Limitation of Liability
TrackMind is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost course content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
